Dolichocolon, elongation of the colon, is a common finding in acromegaly. This computed colonography colon image resembles the appearance of a double barium enema. The colonic centerline (red line) is automatically generated. A diverticulum of the transverse colon is also visible (yellow arrow) in this typical patient with acromegaly. From the article by Resmini et al., in this issue, pages 218–222.
