• Supplemental Table 1 - Sequences for all the primers used.
• Supplemental Table 2 - Complete list of 723 probesets statistically related to GIP-dependent AIMAH. Presented are the ratio of intensity in each tissues vs. the control tissue
• Supplemental Table 3 - List of 461 probesets with intensities statistically related to GIP-dependent AIMAH and a known molecular or biological function. Functional classes were determined with GFinder and each probeset was assigned to a functional classes according to published data available through Pubmed
• Supplemental Table 4 - List of 94 probesets with intensity levels linked to the presence of a GIP-dependent nodule. The class prediction tool of Genespring 7.2 was used to isolate 200 genes whose expression profiles were capable to discriminate between types of tumors with a p-value cutoff of 0.05. Here are the 94 probesets with a ratio of at least 2.0 in at least one of the two nodules
