Erratum

In the article ‘Primary Acid-Labile Subunit Deficiency due to Recessive IGFALS Mutations Results in Postnatal Growth Deficit Associated with Low Circulating Insulin Growth Factor (IGF)-I, IGF Binding Protein-3 Levels, and Hyperinsulinemia’ by Karen E. Heath, Jesús Argente, Vicente Barrios, Jesús Pozo, Francisca Díaz-González, Gabriel A. Martos-Moreno, María Caimari, Ricardo Gracia, and Ángel Campos-Barros (The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism 93:1616–1624) the authors report several errors introduced during the editing of their paper. The footnote to Table 1 should read: Bone age (BA) was calculated according to the standards of Greulich and Pyle. CA, Chronological age; HC, head circumference; ND, not determined. The correct e-mail address for the corresponding author is acamposb@hulp.salud.madrid.org. Finally, there was an error in the précis that appeared in the Table of Contents. It should have read: Molecular and clinical characterization of two novel IGFALS mutations in three unrelated patients with postnatal growth deficit, low IGF-I and IGFBP-3 levels, hyperinsulinemia and no GH deficiency, reveals that primary ALS deficiency could play a role in idiopathic IGF-I deficiency. The printer apologizes for these errors.
