Erratum

In the article "Offspring of Type 2 Diabetic Subjects" by Jarno Rutanen, Jussi Pihlajamäki, Markku Vänttinen, Urpu Salmenniemi, Eija Ruotsalainen, Teemu Kuulasmaa, Sakari Kainulainen, and Markku Laakso (The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism 92:1112–1117, 2007), the amino acids of wild type and variant receptor were incorrectly named. "Lys/Lys6 and Ile/Ile81" were incorrect and should have been "Thr/Thr 6 and Val/Val 81"; and "Thr6 and Val81" should have been "Lys 6 and Ile 81" throughout the article. Despite these errors, actual data was correctly analyzed. The authors apologize for these errors.
