Erratum

In the article "Comparison of Weekly Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis with Alendronate Versus Risedronate Over Two Years" by Sydney Bonnick (J Clin Endocrinol Metab 91:2631–2637), the author requests that the following error be noted: line 10, on page 2636 in the Discussion, "Women treated with risedronate were 1.2-1.3 times more likely to show a measured decrease in BMD than those treated with alendronate." The corrected sentence should read: "Women treated with risedronate were 2-3 times more likely to show a measured decrease in BMD than those treated with alendronate." Please note that the data presented in the Results are correct and it is from these data that the likelihoods have been calculated.. The authors regret the error.
