Erratum

In the article "Testosterone Therapy in Adult Men with Androgen Deficiency Syndromes: An Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guideline" by Shalender Bhasin, Glenn R. Cunningham, Frances J. Hayes, Alvin M. Matsumoto, Peter J. Snyder, Ronald S. Swerdloff, and Victor M. Montori (The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 91:1995-2010, 2006), the authors report the following errors. Section 2.1.A. RECOMMENDATIONS, paragraph 3, should read, "We recommend against testosterone therapy in patients with a palpable prostate nodule or induration, or PSA above 3 ng/ml without further urological evaluation." In the author disclosure information for Dr. Montori, the correct information should be as follows: Victor M.
