The Endocrine Society and Pfizer, Inc. International Award for Excellence in Published Clinical Research in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism
The Endocrine Society, through the generous support of Pfizer, Inc., presents an annual award for the best clinical research papers published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (JCE&M). The Pfizer, Inc. International Award for Excellence in Published Clinical Research in JCE&M is awarded to encourage, recognize, and reward excellence in clinical research in endocrinology regardless of professional affiliation or geographic location.
A jury convened in March to select the four most outstanding clinical research papers published in a 2003 issue of JCE&M. The First Prize Award is in the amount of $20,000 and three Finalist Awards are in the amount of $5,000 each. In addition to the monetary prizes, the awards include travel reimbursement for one author of each paper to attend The Societys annual meeting.
For more information on the award-winning paper titles, contributing authors, and their affiliations, please refer to the August issues of The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Endocrinology, Molecular Endocrinology, and Endocrine Reviews.
