A second case of phenotypic sex reversal associated with XYY sex chromosomes is described. In cytogenetic studies of blood, bone marrow, skin fibroblasts and testis, 2 Y chromosomes could be readily identified. Possible mechanisms of the clinical variations seen among patients with an XYY genotype are discussed.

This study was supported in part by USPHS Grants GM 11615-4 and FR 95 and a grant from The Children's Bureau (Project 423), U. S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare.

Received June 6, 1967.

Accepted July 31, 1967.
